Moleculix
Moleculix++ is a C++ molecular visualization and modeling library built on VTK, RDKit, and OpenMM, with a SQLite-backed local database. Moleculix Junior, a desktop application built on that engine, brings it to students and educators through moleculix.com.

Built Arboreta, a 3D neuron-tracing application (~100 C++ classes, built on VTK), plus automated lab systems including 6-axis robot control and the Array Tomography imaging pipeline (Postgres/MySQL).
